Abstract
Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the collaborative leadership effects on the Effectiveness of private schools under the Udon Thani Provincial Education Office, 2) to study the effectiveness of educational quality assurance operations in private schools under the Udon Thani Provincial Education Office, 3) to study the relationship between collaborative leadership and the effectiveness of educational quality assurance operations private schools under the Udon Thani Provincial Education Office, and 4) to collaborative leadership of executives that affects the effectiveness of educational quality assurance operations private schools under the Udon Thani Provincial Education Office. This was casual research. The samples consisted of 265 administrators and teachers in the academic year 2023, obtained using multi-stage sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire and the reliability coefficient was 0.91. The statistics for data analysis included mean, standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The findings were as follows: 1) The collaborative leadership of administrators of private schools under the Udon Thani Provincial Education Office overall at a high level. 2) The effectiveness of educational quality assurance operations in private schools under the Udon Thani Provincial Education Office overall at a high level. 3) The collaborative leadership and effectiveness of educational quality assurance operations in private schools under the Udon Thani Provincial Education Office at the level of .01. 4) The collaborative leadership that affects the effectiveness of private schools under the Udon Thani Provincial Education Office in 4 areas: shared vision, trust, decision-making, and the aspect of solving problems and conflicts describes the effectiveness of the educational institution at 78.30%.
