Abstract
The objective of this research is to 1) to study the level of school administrator’s charismatic leardership adfecting school’s effectiveness Under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 2) to study the relationship between charismatic leadership and the effectiveness of educational institutions Under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 and 3) to study of leadership with faith and charisma that affects the effectiveness of educational institutions Under Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 Sample group Including administrators and teachers of 123 schools, 3 people per school, totaling 369 people the tool used to collect data was a questionnaire with a 5-level rating scale. The reliability of the entire questionnaire was 0.95 Statistics used to analyze the data included the mean and standard deviation.
The research results found that 1) Level of leadership based on faith and charisma of educational institution administrators Overall it is at a high level. and the level of effectiveness of educational institutions Overall is at a high level as well. 2) The relationship between leadership with faith and charisma that affects the effectiveness of educational institutions Overall, there is a positive relationship with the effectiveness of educational institutions. Statistically significant at .01and leadership based on faith and charisma in every aspect. It has a high relationship with each factor. and 3) Leadership with faith and charisma affects the effectiveness of educational institutions by 38.50 percent. There are 3 variables that predict the effectiveness of educational institutions: 1.Inspirational aspect 2.Decision-making ability 3.Self-confidence. The prediction equation can be written in Unstandardized Score and Standardized Score form as follows.
