Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) Investigate the creative leadership of school administrators; 2) Examine the academic administration at the early childhood education level in schools; 3)Explore the relationship between the creative leadership of school administrators and the academic administration at the early childhood level; and 4) Identify significant predictive variables and develop a predictive equation for school administrators' creative leadership that influences academic administration at the early childhood level under the jurisdiction of the Phitsanulok Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. This study employed a quantitative research approach. The sample consisted of 178 participants, including school administrators and early childhood education teachers. Data were analyzed using percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.
The analysis results indicate that 1) the overall level of creative leadership among school administrators was high. 2) the level of early childhood academic administration was revealed also high. 3) the significant positive correlation between creative leadership factors and early childhood academic administration, with Pearson correlation coefficients ranging from 0.745 to 0.821, which is at a fairly high level and statistically significant at the .01 level 4) the predictive variables of creative leadership affecting academic administration yielded a coefficient of determination formular as (R²) of 0.771, indicating a predictive power of 77.10%, with a standard error of estimate of 0.878 in the form of raw score and standard score, are presented as follows:
