The study employed a quantitative research design. The sample consisted of 30 school administrators and 276 teachers and educational personnel, totaling 306 participants. Stratified random sampling was used based on school size. The research framework comprised five components: 1) digital intelligence, 2) creative collaboration, 3) cultural intelligence, 4) innovative entrepreneurship, and 5) emotional intelligence, which were derived from component synthesis. The research instrument was a five-point rating scale questionnaire with an overall reliability coefficient of 0.986. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and the Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI Modified).

When considering each aspect, innovative entrepreneurship showed the highest mean score, while digital technology intelligence showed the lowest mean score. 2) The overall desirable condition was at the highest level. Emotional intelligence had the highest mean score, whereas innovative entrepreneurship had the lowest mean score. 3) The priority needs index indicated that digital technology intelligence ranked as the highest priority need, followed by creative collaboration, cultural intelligence, and emotional intelligence, respectively.
