TVET MANAGEMENT MODEL ACCORDING TO BUDDHIST PRINCIPLE IN THE DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGY ERA

This research includes objects to study the Institute of Vocational Education and Training (TVET) management model along Buddhist principle in the Disruptive Technology era, studying management models and proposing the TVET management model, which focuses on presenting vocational education management models—as for the executives, which are an essential part of driving the management of vocational education institutions, having studied current problems, proposed development patterns and approaches by applying Buddhist principles for the work of school administrators to benefit the vocational education management drive. This research uses mixed research by quantitative data from a sample of instructors under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission. 430 samples Qualitative data were obtained from interviews with 13 experienced executives in professional and vocational teaching institutions, a group of experts who were qualified professionals with experience in applying Buddhist principles to the management of 9 studies.
The results showed that a model could be created as a guideline for managing vocational education and training institutions (TVET). By applying Buddhist principles to develop learners. Teacher In educational institutions, especially the use of principles, which can be used as principles and leadership in the development of schools, since the management will determine the direction and policies in model of 4(MCU) guideline for TVET management, and this research also provides recommendations on how to promote executive leadership in the Disruptive Technology era.
