Abstract

          The purpose of this study were 1) to study and compare the condition of problems of participative management in resource mobilization for education of basic schools, and 2) to find ways to develop participative management in resource mobilization for education of basic schools under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The samples used in this study were 96 school directors, 201 teachers, and 17 specialists in resource mobilization for education. The instruments were questionnaires: 5 rating scales and multiple responses. Besides, there was a semi-structured interview, too. Data were analyzed by Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, F-test, Percentage, Content Analysis, Frequency Distribution and Prioritization.

            The findings were as follows:

1. The condition of participative management in resource mobilization for education of basic schools Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in overall was at a high level. The most condition of participative management in resource mobilization for education was giving useful information and suggestions.


2. The problem of participative management in resource mobilization for education of basic schools under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, the most problematic aspect, were doing decentralization and making decision.


3. Comparing the condition of participative management in resource mobilization for education of basic schools under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 classified by working status, working experience, educational background and school size whether overall or each aspect was not different.

       4.The development guidelines of participative management in resource mobilization for education of basic schools under                         Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was found that basic schools should allow stakeholders who                       involved in educational management to participate in planning. Assign activities or projects to mobilize resources for                             education. Furthermore, there was a good relationship between the community and the school must be built. And there                       should be opened information about resource mobilization for education to public transparently in order to create                                  supporting  for school continuously.
