Abstract
This research aims to 1) investigate capabilities of personnel for 3D-GF Login procurement system 2) investigate problems related to 3D-GF Login procurement system usage 3) study guidelines for 3D-GF Login procurement system usage for personnel at Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University. The populations were 42 Kamphaeng Phet Rajabhat University directors, teachers, and staffs. The research instrument used in this research was questionnaires with reliability at 0.970. The data collected via online were analyzed by frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, and interview. The results showed that the personnel potential in 3D-GF Login procurement system usage, overall, was at high level (= 3.82) (S.D. = .99). The problems for KPRU personnel for 3D-GF Login procurement system usage was at moderate level (=2.73) (S.D.=1.00). The guidelines to develop KPRU personnel for 3D-GF Login procurement system usage was to study the regulations to minimize mistakes and operating process.
