งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้พยัญชนะไทย เพื่อผู้พิการทางการเห็น 2. เพื่อออกแบบและพัฒนาชุดทักษะการเรียนรู้พยัญชนะไทย เพื่อผู้พิการทางการเห็น 3. เพื่อทดสอบความพึงพอใจของสื่อการเรียนรู้พยัญชนะไทยที่สร้างขึ้น
ประชากร/กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ผู้พิการทางการเห็นตาบอดสนิทและมองเห็นเรือนราง เพศชาย 8 คน เพศหญิง 1 คน รวม 9 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ พื้นที่วิจัย ศูนย์พัฒนาอาชีพคนตาบอด นนทบุรี วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนรู้พยัญชนะไทย รูปแบบสื่อพยัญชนะไทย เพื่อผู้พิการทางการเห็นมีข้อจำกัด ต้องเลือกใช้วัสดุมีความแข็งแรง คำนึงด้านความปลอดภัยในการใช้งาน การออกแบบและพัฒนาชุดทักษะการเรียนรู้พยัญชนะไทย ใช้คิวอาร์โค้ดสแกนเสียง เลือกใช้ไม้เป็นวัสดุหลักมีความเป็นธรรมชาติ ตัวอักษรเบรลล์มีขนาดเหมาะสม ใช้สีที่ผู้พิการทางการเห็นเลือนรางสามารถมองเห็นได้ การทดสอบความพึงพอใจของสื่อการเรียนรู้พยัญชนะไทยที่สร้างขึ้น พบว่า อันดับ 1 ชุดการเล่นหมุดไม้ (X̅ = 4.44) อันดับ 2 ชุดการเล่นบล็อกภาพ (X̅ = 4.22) และอันดับ 3 ชุดการเล่นภาพฉลุระบายสี (X̅ = 3.56)
