A study of learning achievement in two-part singing using cooperative learning lesson plans for students aged 17-18

The research aimed to compare pre-test and post-test achievement in the experimental group of the two-part singing using cooperative learning lesson plans for students aged 17-18
and to compare the achievement between an experimental group and the control group using cooperative learning lesson plans of two-part singing for students aged 17-18. A quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design were used as methodologies. The participants are 40 students from language-arts program in mattayom 5 of Maptaputphanpittayakran school. They were divided into two groups. The instruments used for research are singing test and criteria for two-part singing skill.
The results of the research found that: The achievement of the experimental group after learning with the two-part singing (M=18.40, SD = 0.50) was higher than before the treatment
(M = 8.00, SD = 0.79) at .05 level of significant and the achievement of the experimental group after learning with the two-part singing (M=18.40, SD = 0.50)was higher than the control group
(M = 16.50, SD = 0.68) at .05 level of significant.
