Inter Land: The Creation of Youth Theatre From the Issue of Knowing and Preventing Dangers from Online Media to Encourage Understanding the Selection of Safe Media

Abstract

This article discusses the operation and findings from the process of  Interland : The Creation of Youth Theatre From the issue of knowing and preventing dangers from online media To encourage understanding the selection of safe media. The objective is to create a stage play for children. that can promote knowledge skills in using online media appropriately and find ways to create theater plays for children to present the issue of online media literacy. to the target audience of children aged 6-9 years. The play was created using the Devising method. Participants collaborated to design and develop the play in three parts: 1) creating and directing the play, 2) creating and developing the characters, and 3) planning and producing.

The results showed that 1. presenting the stage play for children aimed to promote their literacy skills and knowledge through content highlighting important information, emphasizing that literacy of online social media is a protective shield against harm from various online social media. 2. The play was created using important information related to the issue of literacy using online social media to design and develop the characters, with the main character "Tonkla" representing the target group and "Fishing" as an opposing character. Present and communicate online media literacy issues to target groups aged 6-9 years.
