Participation Behaviors of Municipalities in Formulating Municipal Development Plans in Northeastern Thailand

บทคัดย่อ

This article focuses on participation behaviors of municipalities in formulating municipal development plans in Northeastern Thailand. Data for the study were gathered using qualitative research methods, such as in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and documentary analysis. The study revealed that municipalities only participate in the formulation of municipal development plans to the extent of hosting the organization of public forums and providing procedures and opportunities in accordance with applicable laws.
