The Operation Model Development of Phang-Nga Community College Teachers’ Professional Learning Community

Abstract
The objective of this action research was to develop the operation model of “Phang-Nga Community College teachers’ Professional Learning Community”. The sample population comprised 84 selected members including teachers, executives, educational support officers, and Phang-Nga Community College’s
learners. The research procedure consisted of 4 stages; Stage 1 “Literature reviewing”, Stage 2 “Synthesizing the operation of Professional Learning Community and expert confirming”, Stage 3 “Confirming this model by operating in Phang-Nga Community College”, and Stage 4 “Developing the operation model of Phang-Nga Community College teachers’ Professional Learning Community”. The result of expert investigations indicated that the possibility for implementing the synthesized model in overall picture was high. After implemented this expert-investigated model in Phang-Nga Community College, new relevant elements for
PLC operation were discovered. Thus, the operation model of Phang-Nga Community College teachers’ Professional Learning Community had been developed and improved according to the actual operation. The operation model of Phang-Nga Community College teachers’ Professional Learning Community
