ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุในการสื่อสารระหว่างวัฒนธรรมที่ส่งผลต่อการปรับตัวของนักฟุตบอลต่างชาติในสโมสรฟุตบอลไทยลีก

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบจำลองเชิงสาเหตุ และเพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่อิทธิพลทางตรง ทางอ้อมและอิทธิพลรวม ได้แก่ ลักษณะด้านประชากร ความสามารถในการสื่อสาร ทัศนคติที่มีต่อคนไทย พฤติกรรมการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคล พฤติกรรมการใช้สื่อมวลชน ที่ส่งผลต่อการปรับตัวของนักฟุตบอลต่างชาติในสโมสรฟุตบอลไทยลีก โดยศึกษากับนักฟุตบอลต่างชาติที่สังกัดสโมสรในฟุตบอลไทยลีกที่มิได้ถือสัญชาติไทย ทั้งหมด 299 คน ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เส้นทางอิทธิพล ด้วยโมเดลลิสเรล ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. แบบจำลองเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อการปรับตัวของนักฟุตบอลชาวต่างชาติในการแข่งขันฟุตบอลไทยลีกที่พัฒนาขึ้นมีความกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ 2. ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลทางตรงเชิงบวกต่อการปรับตัวของนักฟุตบอลต่างชาติ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านประชากร ปัจจัยด้านความสามารถในการสื่อสารและปัจจัยด้านทัศนคติที่มีต่อคนไทย หมายความว่า นักฟุตบอลชาวต่างชาติที่มีปัจจัยในด้านต่าง ๆ ข้างต้นในระดับสูงจะส่งผลให้มีการปรับตัวในระดับสูงด้วย
