บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเพื่อส่งเสริมคุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำหรับเด็กและเยาวชนจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี โดยศึกษาสภาพปัญหาสังคมของเด็กและเยาวชนจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมและนำหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมไปใช้ วิธีการวิจัย ได้แก่ การสัมภาษณ์ การสังเกต การสนทนากลุ่มและการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 4 กลุ่ม คือ ผู้รู้ 10 คน ผู้ปฏิบัติ 30 คน ผู้เกี่ยวข้อง 30 คน และกลุ่มที่เข้ารับการอบรม 100 คน รวม 170 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหายาเสพติด ร้อยละ 35 ใช้สื่อในทางผิด ร้อยละ 30 ทะเลาะวิวาท ร้อยละ 20 ความฟุ่มเฟือย ร้อยละ 10 และการพนันฟุตบอล ร้อยละ 5 การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม มี 4 ขั้นตอน คือ 1) การวิเคราะห์ปัญหาและความต้องการ 2) การออกแบบ และสร้างหลักสูตร 3) การนำหลักสูตรไปทดลองใช้ และ4) การประเมินผล จากการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ระหว่างการอบรมและประเมินหลังเสร็จสิ้นการอบรม 1 เดือนพบว่า ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมมีความรู้และมีเจตคติ เปลี่ยนไปเรื่องของอบายมุข 5 ด้าน คือ ยาเสพติด การใช้สื่อในทางผิด การทะเลาะวิวาท ความฟุ่มเฟือยและการพนันฟุตบอล มีพฤติกรรมดีขึ้น ด้านความกตัญญู ความซื่อสัตย์ ประหยัด และความมีระเบียบวินัย
