Utilizing Local Resources to Create Values and Enhance Productivity of Community Products through Learning and Innovation Mechanisms: A Case Study of Ramdang Community, Songkhla Province

Abstract
This research is a development-oriented and operational study aiming to using local resources from agricultural activities to generate value and enhance the value of community products. The research objectives are to investigate the context and local resources of the Ramdang Community for the purpose of effectively utilizing these resources and to create values and enhance community products based on local resources through mechanisms of learning and innovation. The research methodology encompasses the following approaches: 1) document-based research by conducting an extensive review of pertinent literature and documents, 2) field data collection by undertaking surveys to physical data, examining local resources, assessing agricultural waste materials within community-based enterprises, and analyzing and synthesizing the utilization of agricultural waste materials, 3) using idea generation and technology and innovation development, and 4) developing community innovators. The findings revealed that most of the community's population was engaged in agricultural activities. Additionally, it was evident that agricultural waste materials held considerable potential for benefits and creating values for community products. This was achieved through the implementation of transformative processes within the community, utilizing mechanisms of learning and innovation. Ultimately, these endeavors enhanced the community's capacity to innovate and adopt suitable technologies and knowledge. Moreover, they facilitated the collaborative networks. The research outcomes production of the community products derived from the utilization of resources could lead to processes and reduce time and energy consumption. Furthermore, the research contributed to the formation of new community-based enterprises, the creation of novel occupations, and the generation of increased opportunities and income for the community.
