คุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงาน ภาคธุรกิจเอกชนในจังหวัดยะลา

Abstract

คุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงาน เป็นหนึ่งในตัวชี้วัดสมรรถนะหรือผลสัมฤทธิ์จากความสามารถ ในการประกอบการ ดังนั้นการศึกษาเพื่อทำความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานจึงมี ความน่าสนใจ งานวิจัยในครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานภาคธุรกิจ เอกชนในจังหวัดยะลา และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของพนักงานภาคธุรกิจเอกชน ในจังหวัดยะลาที่มีลักษณะทางประชากรต่างกันและทำงานในองค์กรธุรกิจที่มีลักษณะต่างกัน กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือพนักงานภาคธุรกิจเอกชนในจังหวัดยะลา จำนวน 392 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ one-way ANOVA ประมวลผลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS ผลการวิจัยพบว่าคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานของพนักงานภาคธุรกิจเอกชนในจังหวัดยะลาโดยภาพรวม และทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง พนักงานที่มีความแตกต่างในด้านระดับการศึกษา อายุงาน ลักษณะ องค์การธุรกิจที่ทำงาน ได้แก่ ประเภท รูปแบบ และขนาด มีคุณภาพชีวิตในการทำงานที่แตกต่างกัน

Quality of work life of business sector’s employees in Yala province

Quality of Work Life (QWL) is an indicator of performance or organization’s operation achievement. It is therefore, of interest to better understand the dynamics of quality of work life. Thus, the main objectives of present study were to study the quality of work life of business sector’s employees in Yala province and to compare the differences in the quality of work life based on demographics and characteristics of business. The participants in this study were 392 business sector’s employees in Yala province. The SPSS finished program was used for data analysis and evaluation of the collected figures’ frequency, percentages, means, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results of this research showed that the quality of work life both overall and each dimension are at a moderate level. Differences based on educational level, tenure, type, forms of business entities and size of business led to differences in quality of work life of their employees.
