สภาพความต้องการและคุณลักษณะของบุคลากรด้านซอฟต์แวร์ในประเทศไทย

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพความต้องการ คุณลักษณะ และแนวทางพัฒนาบุคลากร ด้านซอฟต์แวร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ 85 แห่ง เก็บข้อมูลจาก แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในปี 2554–2558 ผู้ประกอบการอุตสาหกรรม ซอฟต์แวร์ต้องการบุคลากรด้านซอฟต์แวร์ในตำแหน่งงานดังนี้ Software Engineer, Graphic Designer and Programmer ส่วนใหญ่ต้องการคุณวุฒิระดับปริญญาตรี มีประสบการณ์ไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี คุณลักษณะของบุคลากรด้านซอฟต์แวร์ที่มีความสำคัญเป็น 3 อันดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ ด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และด้านทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและความรับผิดชอบ แนวทางพัฒนาบุคลากร ด้านซอฟต์แวร์พบว่าควรพัฒนาหลักสูตรภาคปฏิบัติ/ทฤษฎีที่ทันสมัยและสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้จริง โดยร่วมมือกันระหว่างสถาบันการศึกษาและผู้ประกอบการ กำหนดรูปแบบและแผนการฝึกงาน/ ปฏิบัติงานสหกิจศึกษาที่เหมาะสมกับสาขาวิชาชีพ ควรฝึกอบรมกระบวนการเชิงธุรกิจ และภาครัฐ ควรกำหนดมาตรฐานทางการศึกษาให้ชัดเจน มีการขยายผล และนำไปสู่การปรับปรุงมาตรฐาน อย่างต่อเนื่องตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงของเทคโนโลยีและมาตรฐานสากล

Manpower Demand and Characteristics of Software Personnel in Thailand

The objectives of this research are to study manpower demand, characteristics and the guideline for development the software personnel. The data are collected by questionnaire and in-depth. The research sample is 85 the establishment of software industries. The results showed that in 2011-2015 the software industry require software personnel in the position of Software Engineer/ Graphic Designer and Programmer. The required qualification of software personnel is the bachelor degree and minimum experienced 1 year. Features of the software personnel who the software industry recognizes the importance of the top three include knowledge, moral and ethics, and relations and responsibilities between people. The guideline for development the software personnel suggested that the study programs should be increased the numbers of practice hours, added theory of modern, focused on applying knowledge in the real jobs, and cooperated between educational sector and business sector. The form and plans for intern or cooperative education should be suitable for professional career and trained the business process.
