ตัวบ่งชี้การบริหาร โรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาของรัฐ ที่สอดคล้องกับบริบท สังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้การบริหารโรงเรียนระดับ มัธยมศึกษาของรัฐที่สอดคล้องกับบริบทสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม กรณีศึกษาสาม จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยกระบวนการวิจัยเริ่มจากการศึกษาตัวบ่งชี้ การบริหารด้วยแบบสอบถามชนิดปลายเปิด จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 7 คน ในรอบที่ 1 และแบบสอบถามชนิดเลือกตอบในรอบที่ 2 จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 11 คน ตามด้วยการพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้การบริหารโดยอาศัยเทคนิคเดลฟาย จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 18 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่าตัวบ่งชี้การบริหารประกอบ ด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ (123 ตัวบ่งชี้) คือ ด้านค่านิยมร่วม ยุทธศาสตร์ ระบบ โครงสร้าง รูปแบบ ทักษะและบุคลากร

Public Secondary Schools Administration Indicators Relevant to the Multicultural Social Context : A Case Study of the Three Southernmost Provinces

This study aimed to develop public secondary school administration Indicators relevant to the multicultural social context : A Case Study of the Three Southernmost Provinces . The process began the study of administration indicators by the open-end questionnaire from 7 experts in the 1st round and 2nd round by choice questionnaire from 11 experts after that was followed to development administration Indicators by Delphi technique from 18 experts. The results were consists of 7 factors (123 indicators ): shared value, strategy, system, structure, style, skills and staff
