ทัศนคติชุมชนต่อหลักสูตร การเรียนรู้ควบคู่การทำงาน

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ ความคิดเห็น และความ พึงพอใจของชุมชนต่อสถาบันการศึกษาที่เปิดหลักสูตรการเรียนควบคู่การทำงาน ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจานวนทั้งหมด 505 คน จากชุมชนในอาเภอปากเกร็ด จ.นนทบุรี

ผลการวิจัยพบว่าชุมชนร้อยละ 58.21 รับรู้ว่าหลักสูตรการเรียนรู้ ควบคู่การทางาน กับหลักสูตรการเรียนการสอนในระบบการศึกษาทั่วไปมี ความแตกต่างกันชุมชนร้อยละ 56.0 รับรู้ว่าหลักสูตรนี้จะเน้นการทำงานและ ฝึกปฏิบัติงานในสถานที่จริง และชุมชนร้อยละ 41.39 เข้าใจในระบบการเรียนการสอนแบบการเรียนรู้ควบคู่การทางาน

ชุมชนมีความคิดเห็นต่อสถาบันการศึกษาที่เปิดหลักสูตรการเรียน ควบคู่การทำงานในเชิงบวก โดยชุมชนเห็นด้วยมากที่สุด คือ หลักสูตรนี้จะทำให้ ผู้เรียนคิดเป็น ทำงานเป็น เมื่อจบออกไปก็ทำงานได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว ไม่ต้อง ฝึกอบรมใหม่มีความพร้อมในการทำงานมากกว่าผู้ที่เรียนจบจากมหาวิทยาลัย ทั่วไป และสามารถหาเงินค่าขนมได้เอง (เบี้ยเลี้ยงจากการฝึกปฏิบัติงาน) ซึ่ง จะทำให้ผู้เรียนในหลักสูตรการเรียนรู้ควบคู่การทำงานรู้จักการใช้จ่ายและเห็น คุณค่าของเงินมากขึ้น

Community Attitudes Towards Education Curriculum to Work-Based Learning

This study used a sample of 505 people, Objective to study perception. Opinions and Satisfy of community the institution education at the open curriculum to work-based learning.

The results showed that 58.21 percent of the community get to know the courses to learn work-based leaning Courses of instruction in the general education system is different. Community, 56.0 percent stated that this course will focus on the work and practice in the real place and 41.39 percent of the community in teaching, learning and working together. Community attitudes on the open institution education curriculum to work-based learning positively.

Community with the most agree. This course will give the students were working on finish work it out smoothly. No new training is available at more than one child who graduated from university and to raise money for their own pocket. (Allowance of practice), which would make friends and see the value of spending more money.
