Abstract

การทำความเข้าใจความเปลี่ยนแปลงความสัมพันธิ์เชิงอำนาจในการ จัดการทรัพยากรในท้องถิ่น จำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องเข้าใจถึงเพดานความรู้ที่ จำกัดการมองเห็นความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในชนบท บทความนี้จึงเน้น ให้มองเห็น “วิกฤติความรู้” ทางสังคมศาสตร์และมนุษยศาสตร์ ซึ้งทำให้ความ รู้และความเข้าใจชนบทถูก ทำให้เป็นกรอบแนวคิดเดียวทที่กีดขวางไม่ให้มองเห็น ถึงเชื้อมูลของความเปลี่ยนแปลง และในท้ายสุดจะเป็นบทสังเคราะห์ความ หมายของวิทยานิพนธ์สองเล่มที่ได้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงพลวัตความเปลี่ยนแปลงความ สัมพันธ์เชิงอำนาจในชนบทภาคเหนือ โดยหวังว่าจะเป็นกรอบคิดในการ พิจารณาศึกษาในภูมิภาคอื่น ๆ ต่อไป

Changes in Power relation in Local Northern Thailand resource management

In order to understand the changing power relations in local resource management, we need to recognize the boundary of current knowledge, which prevents us from understanding the ongoing changes in the rural society. This article (1) focuses on ‘the crisis of knowledge’ in social sciences and humanities, which renders the multi-faceted condition of the rural society into a static image, and (2) synthesizes two dissertations that indicate the dynamism of power relations in the rural society of Northern Thailand. The results of this research are expected to provide a framework for future analyses of the rural societies in other regions.
