Public Opinion on the Waste Disposal Sanitary Landfill System.: A Case Study of Chana Municipal district Songkha Province

Abstract

การศึกษาความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อระบบการกำจัดขยะมูลฝอย แบบฝังกลบอย่างถูกหลักสุขาภิบาล ของเทศบาลตำบลจะนะ โดยใช้ประชาชน เขตตำบลบ้านนาจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 400 คน เป็นตัวอย่างในการตอบ แบบสอบถาม และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเป็นรายบุคคลจากตัวแทนชุมชน จำนวน 30 คน โดยเลือกจากประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในพื้นที่นานกว่า 5 ปี วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณโดยใช้สถิติพื้นฐานได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ส่วน ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพวิเคราะห์แบบเชิงเนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่รับทราบว่ามีการใช้พื้นที่ใน บริเวณชุมชนใช้สำหรับดำเนินโครงการกำจัดขยะแบบฝังกลบอย่างถูกหลัก สุขาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลจะนะ โดยคิดเป็นร้อยละ 80.2 แต่ประชาชนส่วน ใหญ่ไม่ได้ระบุแหล่งที่มาของข้อมูล โดยคิดเป็นร้อยละ 67.1 แต่ในกลุ่มผู้ระบุ แหล่งข้อมูลพบว่า รับทราบข้อมูลจากการประชาสัมพันธ์ของเทศบาล จำนวน 71 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 17.5 รองลงไปเป็นการบอกต่อหรือพูดคุยกันของคนใน ชุมชน จำนวน 60 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 14.8 แต่จากข้อมูลพบว่า ส่วนใหญ่ รายงานว่าได้รับข้อมูลที่เพียงพอ จำนวน 256 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 63.2 2) ประชาชนร้อยละ 86.9 เห็นด้วยกับโครงการระบบกำจัดขยะมูลฝอยแบบฝัง กลบอย่างถูกหลักสุขาภิบาลของเทศบาลตำบลจะนะ ไม่เห็นด้วยร้อยละ 11.1 และไม่ออกความคิดเห็นร้อยละ 2.0 3) ความคิดเห็นของประชาชนต่อโครงการ กำจัดขยะของเทศบาลตำบลจะนะ จากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกรายบุคคลพบว่า ความคิดเห็นแบ่งเป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ (3.1) เห็นด้วย แต่มีเงื่อนไข (3.2) เห็นด้วย โดยไม่มีเงื่อนไขและเห็นว่าดีกว่าปล่อยปละละเลย (3.3) ขาดข้อมูลและกลัวมีผลกระทบ

A study of public opinion on the waste disposal sanitary landfill system.: A case study of Chana municipal district Songkha province. The objective is to study the public opinion on the waste disposal sanitary landfill system. : A case study of Chana municipal district Songkha province. The sample use in these questionnaires are people in Banna district not less than 400 people. Key informant for depth individual interviews with 30 people from the community who living in the area for over 5 years. Analyze quantitative data using descriptive statistics that are frequency and percentage. Qualitative data using content analysis.

Research result 1) Most people know that there is a space in Chana district for waste disposal sanitary landfill system projects, 80.2 percent. But most people did not identify the source of information, 67.1 percent. The people who identify the source of information from the promotion of the municipality, 71 persons or 17.5 percent. Data from tell each other or talk of community 60 persons or 14.8 percent. Most reported that they received enough information to comment, 256 persons or 63.2 percent. 2) 86.9 percent of the people agree to the project. 11.1 percent of the people disagree to the project. 2.0 percent of the people no comment. 3) Data from individual interviews about Public Opinion on the Waste Disposal System of Chana Municipal district Songkha Province. Finding that opinions were divided into 3 groups. 3.1) Agreed, but with some conditions. 3.2) Agreed unconditionally, better than abandoned. 3.3) Lack of information, and thought that will have some impact.
