The Desirable Characteristic’s Ph.D Students In Educational Administration Program for ASEAN

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาคุณลักษณะนักศึกษาปริญญาเอก สาขาบริหารการศึกษาที่พึงประสงค์ สำหรับประชาคมอาเซียน 2) เพื่อเสนอ ข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงหลักสูตรที่สอดคล้องกับคุณลักษณะของนักศึกษา ปริญญาเอก สาขาบริหารการศึกษาที่พึงประสงค์ สำหรับประชาคมอาเซียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย 1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญสำหรับเทคนิคเดลฟาย 19 คน และ 2) ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิสำหรับการสัมภาษณ์ 5 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามสำหรับเทคนิคเดลฟาย และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติในการ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) คุณลักษณะนักศึกษาปริญญาเอก สาขาบริหารการศึกษาที่พึงประสงค์ สำหรับ ประชาคมอาเซียน มี 32 คุณลักษณะ 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ 15 คุณลักษณะ ด้านทักษะ 8 คุณลักษณะ และ ด้านทัศนคติ 9 คุณลักษณะ 2) ข้อเสนอแนะใน การปรับปรุงหลักสูตร มี 5 กลุ่มวิชาหลัก ได้แก่ (1) กลุ่มวิชาบริหารการศึกษา (2) กลุ่มวิชาภาวะผู้นำ (3) กลุ่มวิชาวิจัยการศึกษา (4) กล่มุวิชาภาษาต่างประเทศ และ(5) กลุ่มวิชาเลือก

The Desirable Characteristic’s Ph.D Students In Educational Administration Program for ASEAN

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the desirable characteristics’ Ph.D students in Educational Administration Program for ASEAN and 2) propose the suggestion for improving the Curriculum of Educational Administration for ASEAN. The key informant were 2 groups of the experts, firstly, a group of 19 experts for Delphi technique and secondly, a group of 5 experts for interviewing technique. The questionnaires and the interviews were used as research instruments tool to gather the data, which were analyzed by the content, median & inter-quartile range. The results showed that 1) the desirable characteristics’ Ph.D students in Educational Administration Program for ASEAN were consisted of three Domains, 32 characteristics, firstly, the Knowledge Domain consisted of 15 characteristics, secondly, the Psychomotor Domain consisted of 8 characteristics and thirdly, the Affective Domain consisted of 9 characteristics. 2) The suggestions for improving the Curriculum of Educational Administration for ASEAN from the 5 experts were concerned with in five areas, namely, Educational Administration area, the Leadership area, the Research area, the Foreign Languages area, and finally, the Elective area.
