Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายหลักเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเสริมสร้างพลัง อำนาจครูด้านวัฒนธรรมการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รูปแบบการเสริมสร้างพลัง อำนาจครูด้านวัฒนธรรมการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ ดังนี้ การกำหนด เป้าหมายที่มีความหมาย การรับรู้ความสามารถแห่งตน ความรู้ สมรรถนะ การเรียนรู้โดยการปฏิบัติจริง การสะท้อนคดิ และสภาวะแวดล้อมในองค์กรที่เอื้อ ต่อการเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจครู (ประกอบด้วย การให้โอกาส การมีส่วนร่วมใน การตัดสินใจ ความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพ และการทำงานเป็นทีม) ครูมีระดับความ เชื่อการเห็นคุณค่าของการวิจัยที่มีต่อการพัฒนางานหรือองค์กรหลังการใช้ รูปแบบฯ ในการพัฒนาสูงกว่าก่อนการใช้รูปแบบฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01 ครูมีศักยภาพการเป็นนักวิจัยทุกองค์ประกอบหลังการใช้รูปแบบฯ สูงกว่าก่อนการใช้รูปแบบฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ยกเว้นศักยภาพ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ผลการประเมินรูปแบบเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ เพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านวัฒนธรรมการวิจัย มาตรฐานด้านการใช้ประโยชน์ มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมา คือ มาตรฐานด้านความเหมาะสม มาตรฐาน ด้านความถูกต้อง และมาตรฐานด้านความเป็นไปได้ (ค่าเฉลี่ย 3.30 – 3.56 จากคะแนนเต็ม 4.00)

The Empowerment of Teachers’ Research Culture.

The purpose of this research is to construct an Empowerment Model to promote Teachers’ Research Culture. The results showed that the model should be comprised of 7 components, which were meaningful goals, self-efficacy, knowledge, competency, authentic learning, reflection, and social context. Social context consisted of opportunity, decision making, professional progress and teamwork. The implementation of the model revealed that the teachers’ post-test average scores of variable about faith in how research support their pedagogical approach was significantly higher than the pre-test average score at the level of .01. Teacher-researcher potential of teachers for all sub-variables was significantly higher than the pre-test average score at the level of .01 except pedagogical. The model evaluation showed that Utility Standards was the highest average, followed by the Propriety standard, Accuracy standards and Feasibility Standards respectively. Nevertheless all of those standards were at a high level (average 3.30 – 3.56 out of 4.00)
