Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยการ บริหารกับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัด อาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดสงขลากลุ่มตัวอย่างคือครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศึกษา จังหวัดสงขลา จำนวน 248 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม (∞=.95) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ SPSS สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยง เบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน พบว่า ขวัญและ กำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษาสังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดสงขลา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( X = 3.85) และปัจจัยการบริหารมีความสัมพันธ์ เชิงบวกระดับสูงกับขวัญและกำลังใจในการปฏิบัติงานของครูในสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดสงขลา (r = .857)

Morale in Performing of Teachers under Songkhla Vocational College

The objectives of this research is to study the relationship between the administration factor and the morale in the performancing of teachers under songkhla vocational colleges. Samples are 248 teachers under vocational colleges in Songkhla province. Research intrument was questionnaires. Data was analyzed usings SPSS. Statistics employed for data analysis were mean, standard deviation and Peason Product-Moment Correlation. The results showed that the overal morale in the performancing of teachers under songkhla vocational colleges. Was at high level ( X = 3.85 ) and the admistration factor had highly postitive associate with morale in performing of teachers under songkhla vocational colleges (r.=0.857)
