Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการตอบสนองของอุปทานข้าว เปลือกนาปีในประเทศไทย ซึ่งประกอบด้วยการตอบสนองของอุปทานพื้นที่ เพาะปลูกและผลผลิตข้าวเปลือกนาปี โดยใช้วิธีการกำลังสองน้อยที่สุด แบบ ธรรมดา (OLS) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อพื้นที่เพาะปลูกใน ปีปัจจุบัน ได้แก่ ราคาข้าวเปลือกนาปี ในปีที่ผ่านมา และผลผลิตข้าวเปลือก นาปีในปีที่ผ่านมา ในทิศทางเดียวกัน ราคาปุ๋ย ส่งผลกระทบในทิศทางตรงกันข้าม ส่วนปริมาณน้ำฝนไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติสำหรับปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อผลผลิต ข้าวเปลือกนาปีในปีปัจจุบัน ได้แก่ ราคาข้าวเปลือกนาปีในปีที่ผ่านมา พื้นที่ เก็บเกี่ยวข้าวเปลือกนาปี และการแทรกแซงราคาของรัฐบาลภายใต้โครงการ รับจำนำข้าวเปลือกในทิศทางเดียวกัน ในขณะที่พื้นที่เพาะปลูกในปีที่ผ่านมา และปริมาณน้ำฝนไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ มีค่าความยืดหยุ่นเท่ากับ 0.421 ในระยะสั้น และ 2.938 ในระยะยาว ชาวนาจึงควรมีการวางแผนการเพาะปลูก และการจัดการผลผลิตที่ดี เน้นการพึ่งตนเองภายในฟาร์ม และพยายามติดตาม ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อเตรียมพร้อมรับมือการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้น
