Confirm Factor Analysis of Public Secondary Schools Administration Model Relevant to theMulticultural Social Context : A Case Study of the Three Southernmost Provinces

Abstract

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirm Factor Analysis) รูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาของรัฐที่สอดคล้อง กับบริบทสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม กรณีของสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จากกลุ่ม ตัวอย่าง จำนวน 224 คน กำหนดกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ซึ่งเป็น ผ้บริหารระดับเขตพื้นที่และผู้บริหารระดับโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาของรัฐใน พื้นที่สามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่ารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียน ระดับมัธยมศึกษาของรัฐที่สอดคล้องกับบริบทสังคมพหุวัฒนธรรม กรณีศึกษา สามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ทั้งองค์ประกอบย่อยและองค์ประกอบหลักมีความ สอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับ สอง พบว่า มีค่าไค-สแควร์ ( 2) เท่ากับ 207.15 ที่องศาอิสระ (df) เท่ากับ 144 มีค่าไค-สแควร์สัมพัทธ์ (2/df) เท่ากับ 1.43 ค่าดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืน (GFI) ดัชนีวัดระดับความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้ว (AGFI) เท่ากับ 0.92 และ 0.87 ตามลำดับ ค่ารากของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองของเศษเหลือในรูปคะแนน มาตรฐาน (SRMR) เท่ากับ 0.04 และ ค่ารากของค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังสองของ ความคลาดเคลื่อนโดยประมาณ (RMSEA) เท่ากับ 0.04 โดยมีองค์ประกอบที่ สำคัญเรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านโครงสร้าง (L=0.95) ด้านระบบ (L=0.94) ด้านรูปแบบ (L=0.94) ด้านค่านิยมร่วม (L=0.90) ด้านทักษะ (L=0.89) ด้านยุทธศาสตร์ (L=0.88) และด้านบุคลากร (L=0.79)

Confirm Factor Analysis of Public Secondary Schools Administration Model Relevant to the Multicultural Social Context : A Case Study of the Three Southernmost Provinces

This study aimed to confirmatory factor analysis of public secondary school administration model relevant to the multicultural social context of the Three Southernmost Provinces. The samples were 224 from public secondary school administrators (Educational Service Area Office and School Administrators) by purposive sampling. The findings, there appeared to be as follows : The public secondary school administration indicators regarding the multi socio-cultural context of the three southernmost provinces in according to all main factors and sub-factors were consistent with the empirical data. The second order confirmatory factor analysis revealed the validation of fitted model yielded a Chi-square of 207.15, (2/df = 1.43), at a degrees of freedom of 144 (GFI=0.92, AGFI=0.87, SRMR=0.04 and RMSEA=0.04. The key factors by priority that follows : Structure (L=0.95), System (L=0.94), Style (L=0.94), Shared Value (L=0.90), Skills (L=0.89), Strategy (L=0.88) and Staff (L=0.79)
