Quality of Work Life of Migrant Workers Working in Songkhla Province

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิต การทำงานของแรงงานข้ามชาติที่ทำงานในสถานประกอบการจังหวัดสงขลา จำแนกตามปัจจัยด้านการทำงาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อถือได้ของมาตรวัดระหว่าง 0.707-0.881 ซึ่งมี ความเหมาะสมที่จะใช้ในการวิจัย สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t-test และ F-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในภาพ รวมระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานของแรงงานข้ามชาติที่ทำงานในสถาน ประกอบการจังหวัดสงขลาอยู่ในระดับสูงการเปรียบเทียบระดับคุณภาพชีวิต การทำงานของแรงงานข้ามชาติที่ทำงานในสถานประกอบการจังหวัดสงขลา จำแนกตามปัจจัยด้านการทำงาน พบว่า แรงงานข้ามชาติที่ได้รับใบอนุญาต ทำงานมีระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทำงานสูงกว่าแรงงานข้ามชาติที่ไม่ได้รับ ใบอนุญาตทำงาน

Quality of Work Life of Migrant Workers Working in Songkhla Province

This research aims to study and compare the quality of work life for migrant workers, classified by work factors. A questionnaire was the research instrument for this study. The reliability result of the pilot study showed the Cronbach’s Alpha to be between 0.707-0.881, meaning that it is suitable for the study. Statistics were used to analyze the data by percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test and F-test. The results show that the overall quality of work life for migrant workers is of a high level. A comparison of migrant’ quality of work life, classified by work factors, found that migrant workers with differences in work permits experienced differences in their quality of work life.
