The Model of Moral Establishing to ThePrimary School Students for a GoodThai Citizen

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัด การเป็นคนดีของสังคม สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษา และ 2) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบ การปลูกฝังคุณธรรม จริยธรรมแก่นักเรียนประถมศึกษาให้เติบโตเป็นคนที่ของ สังคม ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบการเป็นคนดีของสังคมสำหรับนักเรียน ประถมศึกษา ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านคุณธรรมจริยธรรมสำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถม ศึกษาทั้ง 21 คน มีความเห็นตรงกันว่า คุณธรรมจริยธรรมที่ควรปลูกฝังให้กับ นักเรียนประถมศึกษา คือ ความขยันหมั่นเพียร ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต ความเอื้อเฟื้อ ความมีวินัย ความรับผิดชอบ ความรักในประชาธิปไตย และความรักในความเป็นไทย รูปแบบการปลูกฝังคุณธรรมจริยธรรม จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลความคิดเห็นของ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ สามารถสรุปได้ดังนี้ การทำเดลฟายกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการปลูกฝัง คุณธรรมจริยธรรม จำนวน 21 คน ปรากฏว่าทุกคนเห็นด้วยกับรูปแบบ โดย พิจารณาจากค่ามัธยฐานของแต่ละข้อสูงตั้งแต่ 3.50 ขึ้นไป และค่าพิสัย ควอไทล์ ตั้งแต่ 1.50 ลงมา การจัดสนทนากลุ่ม เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการปลูกฝังคุณธรรม จริยธรรมกับผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 8 คน ผลปรากฏว่า ทุกคนมีความเห็นไปในทิศทาง เดียวกันว่าเหมาะสมในระดับมาก การประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไป ได้ในการนำรูปแบบไปใช้กับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการปลูกฝัง คุณธรรมจริยธรรม พบว่า โดยรวมมีความเห็นเหมาะสมในระดับมาก ( X = 4.86)

The Model of Moral Establishing to The Primary School Students for a Good Thai Citizen

The purposes of the study were : 1) to determine the factors and indicators on moral establishing model to the primary school students for a good Thai citizen ; 2) to propose the moral establishing model to the primary school students for a good Thai citizen. Based upon these findings, it was concluded that : (1) The model of moral establishing to the primary school students for a good Thai citizen, the 21 experts agreed with the seven factors and 34 indicators of moral establishing model to the primary school students for a good Thai citizen such as diligence, honesty, helpful, discipline, responsibility, democracy and pround to be Thai. (2) The model of moral establishing to the primary school students for a good Thai citizen, the researcher can conclude as follow : Delphi Technique, the 21 experts agreed with the seven factors and 34 indicators of moral establishing model by considering of median and interquartile. Focus Group Discussion, the eight experts also agreed with the moral establishing model to the primaryschool students. The evaluation of possibility on the moral establishing model to the primary school students, overall the school administrators and the experts were agreed with high level ( X = 4.86).
