Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ และศึกษาความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้โดยใช้แนวทางส่งเสริมตามหลักปรัชญา เศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร 60 คน และครูประจำการ 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร แบบสอบถาม แบบสังเกต และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า ในภาพ รวมระดับความเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในสังกัด กรุงเทพมหานคร สถานศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมและไม่เข้าร่วมโครงการโรงเรียนต้นแบบ เศรษฐกจิ พอเพยี งมคี วามเป็นองค์การแห่งการเรยี นร้อู ย่ใู นระดบั มากและพจิ ารณา เป็นรายด้านระบบย่อยด้านองค์การมีระดับค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด แนวทางส่งเสริมตาม หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง พบว่า การพัฒนาความรู้ความเข้าใจแก่ บุคลากร ผู้บริหาร ครู การจัดระบบการนิเทศการศึกษาภายใน การเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมของ ผู้ปกครองและชุมชนในการจัดการศึกษา การฝึกอบรม การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ การจัดประชุม การสัมมนา การเสวนา การแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา การทบทวนและการปรับแผนกลยุทธ์ และแผนปฏิบัติการของสถานศึกษา และ การศึกษาดูงาน

The purpose of this research was To study the characteristics of a learning organization. Study of learning organization guided by the promotion as the philosophy of sufficiency economy of school administrators in the Bangkok metropolitan area.
