Development of Training Curriculum on Technology Leadership for Master of Education Students in Educational Administration at Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม ภาวะผู้นำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับนักศึกษาหลักสูตรครุศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต สาขา การบริหารการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครราชสีมา ดำเนินการวิจัยในรูปแบบของการวิจัย และพัฒนา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมมี 5 หน่วย 7 องค์ประกอบ โครงร่าง หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมมีค่าเฉลี่ยความเหมาะสมอยู่ระหว่าง 4.57-4.85 มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง อยู่ระหว่าง 0.71-1.00 2) ผลการตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม พบว่า 2.1) ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมสามารถผ่านวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมในแต่ละหน่วย 2.2) ค่าเฉลี่ยภาวะผู้นำเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศโดยรวมหลังฝึกอบรมมากกว่าก่อนฝึกอบรมอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 2.3) การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการฝึกอบรมกับ ประสิทธิภาพของผลสัมฤทธิ์ได้ค่า E1/E2 เท่ากับ 86.80/82.73 ซึ่งเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้

Development of Training Curriculum on Technology Leadership for Master of Education Students in Educational Administration at Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University

The purpose of this research were to develop and examine the efficiency of training curriculum on developing technology leadership for master of education students in educational administration at Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University which based-on research and development model. The results of research found that 1) the training curriculum composed of 5 units 7 factors. The propriety mean and congruence index of training curriculum structure was between 4.57-4.85, and 0.71-1.00, respectively. 2) the efficiency of training curriculum found that 2.1) the trainees were able to meet all units training curriculum objectives 2.2) the technology leadership mean, as whole, after training was significantly higher than before training at the .01 level. 2.3) the efficiency evaluation of training process and achievement was E1/E2 = 86.80/82.73 which the criterion was met.
