Abstract
The purposes of this research were; t) to compare the analytical thinking abilities in Mathematics of Prathomsuksa 3 students before and after using Problem Solving Process Teaching Method. 2) to study the satisfaction with Problem Solving Process Teaching Method of Prathomsuksa 3 students in the second semester of the 2006 academic year at Senanarong School , Songkhla Education service area office z. The population were zs students. The inslruments were consisted ol 1) ten lesson plans of Problem Solving Process teaching Method in Matbematics for 10 hours. 2) two Mathematics Analytical Thinking Abilities Test by using pretest and posttest design. They are the parallel test and 3) questionnaire ofstudents'satisfaction for the Problem Solving Process teaching Method and data analysis with arithmetic mean, percent and standard deviatlon.
The reseuch findilg were as follows:
1. Mathematics Analytical Thinking Abilities of Prathomsuksa B students after using Problem Solving Process Teaching Method were higher than before.
2. The students' satisfaction with Problem Solving Prcrcess Teaching Method were at a high level
