Abstract

This research aimed to study the direct and indirect rnfluences of Leadership Behaviors,organizational cullure and Human Resource Development on Employee performance in state Enterprises and to invesrigate the path Anarysis of Leadership Behaviors of Leadership Behaviors, organizational culture and Human Resource Deveropment on Emproyee performance in state Enterprises.
        There were 241,936 employees fiom 58 State Enterprises as the research populations as its conceptual Framework and Hypotheses. Multi-stage sampling method was used to acquire the samples. Questionnaires and structured Interviews were conducted as the research instruments t'rom theory concepts and operational definitions.
         The statistics used in this research included, 1) Factor analysis which was to find out the construct validity and scale accuracies, 2) Sirnplc correlation anarysis which was ro investigate rhe relationships of l-eadcrship Behaviors, organizational culture and Human Resource Development on Employee Performance in state Enterprises and 3) Murtipre regression which was to acquire the standard rcgression coefficicnt, Path coefficient from the structure equation moder in order to find out direct and indirect Influences of Independent variable towards Dependent variable.
         The results rcvealed that Transformational Leadership, Adaptabiliry Culture, Training and   Development Activities had direct influences on Employees Performance in State Enterprises. Moreover, Non-Leadership had direct negative influences on Employees Pedormance in State Enterprises. It was found that lnvolvement Culture, Mission Culture and Transactional Leadership by Training and Development activities had indirect influences on Employees Performance in State Enterprises, In addition, Transformational l,eadership eftected on Adaptability Culture, lnvolvement Culture and Mission Culture while Transactional l-eadershio effected on Mission Culture in State Enterp ses.
