การพัฒนาระบบการเขียนภาษามลายูปาตานีด้วยอักษรยาวี เพื่อการอนุรักษ์และฟื้นฟูภาษาและวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น : กรณีศึกษา ตำบลเขาตูม อำเภอระยัง จังหวัดปัตตานี

Abstract

           This panicipatory research aims at creating patani Matay wriring system that are appropriate for the usage and to preserve Patani Malay language and culture and through using Jawi arphabets and finding out the method for applying tbe Jawi writing syst€m developed in order to help preserve and revive Patani Malay language. The result of the study reveals that patani Malay language has 35 Jawi alphabets used for writing Patani Malay language, loan words in Arabic, Thai and English. In Patani Malay language, there 8 more consonant phonernes are developed that are aspirated prosive phoneme/rtH, T H, 1H. xH/.The alphabetic symbols rre ,-j . n . €. . .4 respectively, Moreover, halfnasal phoneme /pp. v6, ,/e, NY/ is also developed with the alphab€tic symbols that are ; . i , i .' e resp€ctively. In developing Jawi vowels of patani Malay language, it has been lbund that there are only 3 Jawi vowels that are l. J and rJ. Thus, these vowels can not be used to support all othevowel phonemes in Patani Malay language. As a result, additional vowel phonemes are designed to support some vowel phonemes thar are /€, E, o. r '.              Thus, more phonetic symbols are designed to record the phonemes that have no phonetic alphabets through using Jawi tanguage based, The result shows that Arabic alphabetic symbols can be  used to create Patani Malay writing system as the community is accustomed to the alphabetic symbols and the Arabic alphabetic symbols can also be used in Patani Malay language. According to the study result, it has been found that Arabic alphabetic symbols can be used to record every phoneme in Patani Malay language and they are easy for leaming. As for the study result in apPlication of the writing system to help preserve and revive Patani Malay language, it has been found out that the writing system can be used as an effrcient tool to record Patani Malay vocabulary, the body of knowledge, ans and culture and local wisdom.
