Abstract

         Today, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the importani tools tor
sustainable groMh in worldwide organization international. Doing business with corporate
social responsibility both in and out organizalion has many dimensions such as sconomic,
social legal, environmenlal and ethic Therefore, .Corporate social responsibility is a key
responsibility for successful busine$s outcomes. Apart lrom than, it also a key {or long term community empowerment.
            To provide an example of how CSR offers are effective and sustain business result, a mix methodology including documentary, qualitative and quantitative methods were applied. The result found thai the more CSR had put result in to the pertormance indicaior of policy planning and implementation, the stronger Quality of Work Lite(QWL) of lhe majority of organizational mgmbers were significantly increased.
