ปัญหาความขัดแย้งด้านที่ดินระหว่างภาครัฐและภาคประชาชนแถบเทือกเขาบรรทัดในเขตจังหวัดตรัง

Abstract

This qualitalive research study was aimed to 1) investigate causes of landconflicts in Banthat Mountain, Trang Province 2) analyze the existing solutionschemes which have been used, and 3) propose proper solution schemesbelieved to soive land conflict management. Data collection was done viadata document analysis and in-depth interview. Additionally, the data received the informal interview, public meetings and actjvities were also investigated.
             The results showed that causes of the conflicts came from several factors. local people, government officers, public groups, law and policy, In addition, cultural differences and socioeconomic factors such as external social pressures for changes and increasing capitaleconomic system play an important role in the conflict severity.
              To solve the land conflict problems in Banthat Mountain ef{ectively and sustainably, it was believed that people participation to set up thejr own soJutions and proposed them to the governmenl sector was a major mechanism. For the solutron scheme analysis to cope with the land conflicts in Banthat Mountain, it was observed that the role of law and policy enforcement only issued by the government party to enforce the pu b lic sector was not suitable enough. that solution scheme was not widely accepted by the public sector because of contradicting views on the land conflict solution among the government and sectors.
