Abstract

This research was intended to study the role of teacher production institution for enhancing in teacher learning that effecting to the quality students , and is operate and propose on  the promotional policy in educational quality development . The research was  participational  action research among three  stakeholders , faculty researcher , school network teachers.  The Educational staff were the school principals , supervisors , regional sections in nine regions , three southern border provinces. Questionnaire and interview were used for collecting data and focus group was including to gather the opinions on  some problems. The innovation for sharing knowledge of teachers and researchers was Sritrang Educational Network : SEN 
           The researcher finding ware show that ;       The faculty of education played role in guiding  for knowledge sharing by presenting on good practice and best practice , including on the job training for those teachers and the administrators continuously. For the suggestions , there should be promoted  and strengthen the system to maintain SEN network be sustained by budgeting  all location ,  to faculty of education , school for increasing computers and providing the facilities to the teachers and administrators.
