บทคัดย่อ

This purposes of this research were to 1) examine the level of
factors in administration of child development centers 2) the level of
efficiency administration of child development centers and 3) the relation
between factors and efficiencies in administration of child development
centers. The population of the study all 79 teachers of the 29 child
development centers. The research instrument was a 5 level rating scales
questionnaire with the reliabilities was 0.90. Data were Analysis by averaging
Mean, standard deviation and Correlation.
The main research findings were as
1. All factors in administration of child development center were
found at a high level
2. The efficiency in administration of child development center
was also found at a high level
3. The relation in all aspects between factors and efficiencies in
administration of child development center were in high level with statistical
significance at 0.01 level.
