บทคัดย่อ

การแข่งขันในปัจจุบันเน้นแข่งขันทางด้านนวัตกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์ นวัตกรรม ด้านกระบวนการสอดคล้องกับการผลิตที่เน้นต้นทุนต่ำ แต่ได้ผลกำไรสูงซึ่งกระบวนการดังกล่าว คือ การพัฒนานักคิดให้เกิดขึ้นในองค์การเน้นความรู้ ทักษะ ความสร้างสรรค์ในการคิดค้นประยุกต์พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ขององค์การโดยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มตัวสินค้า บริการ เพื่อสร้างความได้เปรียบการแข่งขันระหว่างธุรกิจที่สอดรับกับมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานของการพัฒนาคนเพื่อรองรับการก้าวไปสู่ยุคประเทศไทย 4.0 ที่ต้องการปรับเปลี่ยนโครงสร้างเศรษฐกิจไปสู่เศรษฐกิจที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยเทคโนโลยีความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม เน้นการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มด้านการบริการเปลี่ยนจากแรงงานทักษะต่ำไปสู่แรงงานที่มีความรู้ความเชี่ยวชาญและทักษะสูง นวัตกรรมผลิตภัณฑ์และนวัตกรรมด้านกระบวนการจะต้องคำนึงถึงปัจจัยทางการตลาด ปัจจัยทางด้านเทคโนโลยี รวมทั้งปัจจัยการจ้างแรงงานของธุรกิจมีผลกระทบโดยตรงที่หลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ต่อสภาพแวดล้อมทางเศรษฐกิจ ธุรกิจจำเป็นต้องมีการปรับตัวในด้านความรู้ของธุรกิจด้านบุคลากรในด้านการเพิ่มสมรรถนะที่สามารถต่อยอดให้กับธุรกิจได้ซึ่งการเติบโตทางเศรษฐกิจนั้นยังมีช่องว่างด้านการบริหารจัดการที่ถือว่าเป็นความท้าทายขององค์การในด้านการสร้างนวัตกรรม การพัฒนาทุนมนุษย์ การสร้างความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลูกค้าการปฏิบัติการที่เน้นความเป็นเลิศ และการสร้างความยั่งยืนของธุรกิจ
