พลังแห่งกาละและเทศะ: กรณีศึกษาความสำเร็จของประธานาธิบดีโฮจิมินห์

บทคัดย่อ
บทความฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลที่กาละและเทศะมีต่อความสำเร็จของประธานาธิบดีโฮจิมินห์แห่งประเทศเวียดนาม ใช้วิธีวิจัยจากเอกสารและแบ่งเป็นสามขั้นตอนหลัก ขั้นตอนที่หนึ่ง เป็นขั้นตอนการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล โดยผู้วิจัยได้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับพลังของกาละและเทศะ ตลอดจนอิทธิพลที่กาละและเทศะมีต่อความสำเร็จของประธานาธิบดีโฮจิมินห์ขั้นตอนที่สอง เป็นขั้นตอนการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และขั้นตอนที่สาม เป็นขั้นตอนการนำเสนอข้อมูล ผลปรากฏว่า ความสำเร็จของประธานาธิบดีโฮจิมินห์บังเกิดจากที่ท่านได้ถือกำเนิดมาถูกกาละ กับทั้งประกอบวีรกรรมนานาประการที่คู่ควรแก่เทศะและสอดรับกับสถานการณ์ในแต่ละยุคสมัย ประจักษ์จากตัวอย่างที่ประธานาธิบดี โฮจิมินห์ก่อตั้งพรรคการเมืองของเวียดนามขึ้นเมื่อ ค.ศ. 1930 เรื่องที่ท่านเดินทางกลับเข้าไปประเทศเพื่อบริหารขบวนการปฏิวัติเวียดนามใน ค.ศ. 1941 และเรื่องที่ประธานาธิบดีโฮจิมินห์สถาปนาประเทศสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยเวียดนาม เมื่อ ค.ศ. 1945 อิทธิพลที่เทศะมีต่อความสำเร็จของประธานาธิบดีโฮจิมินห์ยังแสดงออกจากที่ท่านตัดสินใจเคลื่อนไหวทางด้านการเมืองในประเทศฝรั่งเศสเมื่อ ค.ศ. 1911 เรื่องที่ประธานาธิบดีโฮจิมินห์เลือกพำนักอยู่ในสยามเพื่อที่จะเผยแพร่ความรักชาติสู่ชาวเวียดนามระหว่าง ค.ศ. 1928-1930 รวมไปถึงเรื่องที่ประธานาธิบดีโฮจิมินห์ตัดสินใจอาศัยอยู่ในบริเวณภูเขาทางตอนเหนือของประเทศเวียดนามในช่วง ค.ศ. 1941
