บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยการรับรู้ ความรู้ความเข้าใจ
ทัศนคติ การมีส่วนร่วม และการบริหารกับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของคณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 97 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมอาร์ เพื่อหาความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การรับรู้ ทัศนคติ การมีส่วนร่วม และการบริหาร มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาของคณะศิลปศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 ซึ่งปัจจัยการบริหารมีความสัมพันธ์กับการดำเนินงานประกันคุณภาพการศึกษามากที่สุด
