รูปแบบและความสำเร็จของการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางการเงินของชุมชน กรณีศึกษา : กองทุนสวัสดิการชุมชน ตำบลเสาเภา อำเภอสิชล จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสภาพความสำเร็จในการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางการเงินของชุมชน (2) เปรียบเทียบความสำเร็จในการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางการเงินของกองทุนจำแนกตามระดับสุขภาพทางการเงิน (3) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางการเงิน และ (4) หารูปแบบการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางการเงินของชุมชนโดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 300 คน ส่วนในเชิงคุณภาพใช้การสนทนากลุ่ม ผลการศึกษาสภาพความสำเร็จในการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางการเงินของชุมชนพบว่า ระดับสุขภาพทางการเงินอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (7 – 15 คะแนน) มากที่สุด ส่วนผลการเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารจัดการกองทุนพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่สำคัญได้แก่ (1) คณะกรรมการมีทักษะและความชำนาญด้านการบริหารจัดการ (2) สมาชิกสวัสดิการชุมชนมีจิตสำนึกการเป็นเจ้าของร่วมกัน และ (3) การเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ส่วนผลวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบของการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางการเงินของชุมชนด้วยวิธี Principal Component Analysis สกัดได้ตัวแปรสำคัญ คือ (1) ด้านการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกัน (2) ด้านความเข้าใจในฐานคิด (3) ด้านการเชื่อมโยงบูรณาการ (4) ด้านรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการให้เป็นรายได้ และ (5) ด้านการพัฒนายกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตสุดท้ายนำข้อมูลทั้งหมดมาร่วมในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพและนำข้อมูลมาตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้าแล้วสรุปเป็นรูปแบบและความสำเร็จของการสร้างภูมิคุ้มกัน
