บทคัดย่อ
การที่สถานการณ์ต่าง ๆ มีกาเปลี่ยนแปลงอยู่ตลอดเวลา และอยู่นอกเหนือขอบเขตการบริหารงานขององค์กร ทำให้ผู้ประกอบการต้องตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการบริหารทรัพยากรและการใช้ประโยชน์
จากความสามารถที่มีอยู่ในองค์กร เพื่อใช้ในการกำกับ ติิดตามและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานอย่างเป็นระบบจึงทำให้บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยภายในที่ทำให้ธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ประสบความสำเร็จภายใต้ทฤษฎีฐานทรัพยากร และใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ถูกรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามการวิจัยที่ผ่านคุณภาพเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ และคณะกรรมการจริยธรรมในมนุษย์ มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ซึ่งนำไปใช้กับตัวแทนของผู้ให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ จำนวน 360 กิจการที่ผ่านการรับรองระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพ ISO 9001: 2015 หรือมาตรฐานคุณภาพการบริหารจัดการธุรกิจให้บริการโลจิสติกส์รวมทั้งใช้มีการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน เพื่อประเมินความสัมพันธ์เชิงเหตุและผลระหว่างตัวแปรการวิจัยจากผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ทำให้ธุรกิจประสบความสำเร็จเกิดขึ้นจากปัจจัยด้านความสามารถในการให้บริการโลจิสติกส์ มากกว่าปัจจัยด้านทรัพยากรโลจิสติกส์ที่มีความโดดเด่่น ซึ่งสามารถนำข้อมูลเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาทางด้านบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรในองค์กรให้เหมาะสมกับการทำงานจริง เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าได้ทันต่อสถานการณ์
