บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้ศึกษาเปรียบเทียบต้นทุนและผลตอบแทนการปลูกพริกเขียวระหว่างแบบทั่วไปและแบบรวมกลุ่ม เก็บข้อมูลปี 2560-2561 สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกเกษตรกรผู้ปลูกพริกเขียวแบบทั่วไป 11 รายและแบบรวมกลุ่ม 13 ราย วิเคราะห์อัตราส่วนการเงินและเทคนิคการตัดสินใจลงทุน ผลวิจัยพบว่า พื้นที่ปลูกสองพื้นที่มีลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกัน แต่แบบรวมกลุ่มจะรวมผลผลิตเพื่อขาย มีปริมาณผลผลิตเฉลี่ย 2,901.17 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ ราคาขายเฉลี่ย 29.15 บาทต่อกิโลกรัม สูงกว่าแบบทั่วไปที่ได้ปริมาณผลผลิตเฉลี่ย 1,771.96 กิโลกรัมต่อไร่ ราคาขายเฉลี่ย 26.64 บาทต่อกิโลกรัม อัตรากำไรสุทธิต่อรายได้ของแบบรวมกลุ่มร้อยละ 58.06 สูงกว่าแบบทั่วไปร้อยละ 55.93 และแบบรวมกลุ่มมีอัตราผลตอบแทนต่อเงินลงทุนสูงกว่า แต่อัตราต้นทุนรวมต่อรายได้รวมต่ำกว่าแบบทั่วไป หากพิจารณาเงินลงทุนเริ่มแรกไม่รวมมูลค่าที่ดินของแบบรวมกลุ่ม มีมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ 143,959.12 บาท สูงกว่าแบบทั่วไป 47,822.41 บาท มีอัตราผลตอบแทนภายในร้อยละ 354.92 สูงกว่าแบบทั่วไปร้อยละ 111.08 มีระยะเวลาคืนทุน 3 เดือน 11 วัน ต่ำกว่าแบบทั่วไป 10 เดือน 17 วัน ส่วนกรณีเงินลงทุนเริ่มแรกรวมมูลค่าที่ดินของแบบรวมกลุ่มมีมูลค่าปัจจุบันสุทธิ 20,882.12 บาท สูงกว่าแบบทั่วไป -99,177.59 บาท มีอัตราผลตอบแทนภายในร้อยละ 26.71 สูงกว่าแบบทั่วไปร้อยละ -11.68 ระยะเวลาคืนทุน 2 ปี 7 เดือน ต่ำกว่าแบบทั่วไปที่คืนทุนหลัง 5 ปี
