นวัตกรรมสังคมของคนเลี้ยงแพะ: การบริหารจัดการฟาร์มแพะเนื้อ ในรููปแบบธนาคารโดยกลุ่มเกษตรกรที่ได้รับผลกระทบ จากการแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 ในพื้นที่อำเภอตะโหมด จังหวัดพัทลุุง

บทคัดย่อ
การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้้อไวรัสโควิด-19 ส่งผลต่ออาชีพรับจ้างกรีดยางไม่สามารถออกกรีดยางได้ตามปกติทำให้รายได้ของครัวเรือนตกต่ำ คณะผู้วิจัยเข้าไปพัฒนาอาชีพการเลี้ยงแพะในรููปแบบธนาคา ซึ่งเป็นการบริหารจัดการด้วยกลุ่มเกษตรกรเพื่่อเป็นกิจกรรมเสริมรายได้ ร่วมกับกลุ่มอาชีพรับจ้างกรีดยางในพื้นที่อำเภอตะโหมด จังหวัดพัทลุง ดำเนินการเดือนมิถุุนายน 2563-กุุมภาพันธ์ 2564 โดยการประชุมสัมมนา การจัดทำเวทีชุมชนการระดมสมอง การฝึกทักษะ การลงมือปฏิบัติ และการสะท้อนผลการดำเนินงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมทุกขั้นตอนผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ 120 คน พบว่า นวัตกรรมสังคมของคนเลี้ยงแพะ คือ การเลี้ยงแพะเนื้อในรููปแบบธนาคาร ประกอบด้วย 1) โครงสร้างและบทบาทของกลุ่ม ซึ่งมีคณะกรรมการบริหารกลุ่ม คณะกรรมการบริหารจัดการฟาร์มคณะกรรมการตรวจสอบภายใน และสมาชิก 2) กฎกติกาของกลุ่มในการรัับสมัครสมาชิก การลงหุ้น การร่วมลงทุุนในการซื้อแพะเพื่อ เลี้ยงในฟาร์มของกลุ่ม การแบ่งผลกำไรคืนให้แก่สมาชิก 3) ฟาร์มแพะตามมาตรฐาน GAP ของกลุ่ม 2 ฟาร์ม สำหรับการเลี้ยงแพะ 48 ตัว และมีผู้รับผิดชอบฟาร์มแพะที่มีทักษะการเลี้ยงแพะสูงขึ้น 2 คน และ 4) เครื่องมือสำหรับการดำเนินการของกลุ่มในรูปแบบธนาคาร ได้แก่เครื่องมือสำหรับคณะกรรมการผู้เลี้ยงแพะ และสมาชิก การดำเนินการนี้ จึงเป็นนวัตกรรมของชุุมชนที่ช่วยให้กลุ่มคนรับจ้างกรีดยางสามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้ในสถานการณ์การแพร่่ระบาดของเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 ได้
