บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือเพื่อพัฒนาการนิเทศการศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ในภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ การวิจัยในครั้งนี้แบ่งเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาองค์ประกอบ โดยการสังเคราะห์เอกสารและงานวิจัย ที่เกี่ยวข้องของนักวิจัยและนักวิชาการ จำนวน 10 เรื่อง ขั้นตอนที่ 2 ยืนยันองค์ประกอบ โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน พบว่าองค์ประกอบของการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือเพื่อพัฒนาการนิเทศการศึกษาที่มีประสิทธิผล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ มี 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) การมีส่วนร่วม ในการปฏิบัติงาน 2) การมีทักษะภาวะผู้นำ 3) การกำหนดวัตถุประสงค์ 4) การพัฒนาสมาชิกเครือข่าย 5) การปฏิบัติงานของเครือข่าย 6) การติดตามการประเมินผล
