การพัฒนาพื้นที่ริมฝั่งแม่น้ำกกเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวในเขตเทศบาลนครเชียงราย

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สำรวจศักยภาพพื้นที่ริมแม่น้ำกกต่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยว 2) ศึกษาทัศนคติประชาชนในพื้นที่ต่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยว และ3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนาพื้นที่ริมฝั่งแม่น้ำกกเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวในเขตเทศบาลนครเชียงรายตามเส้นทางสะพานข้ามทางหลวงหมายเลข 1 (AH2) ถึงสะพานข้ามถนนหมายเลขเชียงราย 5023 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ศักยภาพพื้นที่ริมฝั่งแม่น้ำกกต่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวในการเข้าถึงอยู่ในระดับมาก (𝑥̅=2.98, SD=0.50) ขณะที่ศักยภาพสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก (𝑥̅= 2.33, SD=0.45) และสิ่งดึงดูดใจ (𝑥̅= 2.26, SD=0.43) อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) ทัศนคติประชาชนโดยรอบพื้นที่ริมแม่น้ำกกต่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยว ได้แก่ ด้านพื้นที่ (𝑥̅= 1.67, SD=0.21) ด้านการจัดการ (𝑥̅= 2.19, SD=0.32) ด้านกิจกรรมและกระบวนการ (𝑥̅= 2.13, SD=0.30) และด้านการมีส่วนร่วม (𝑥̅= 1.92, SD=0.27) พบว่าอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเท่ากันทุกด้าน 3) ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาพื้นที่ริมฝั่งแม่น้ำกกเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวมีจำนวน 4 จุดได้แก่ จุดที่1 โครงการแนวทางการพัฒนาพื้นที่เส้นทางวิ่งออกกำลังกาย จุดที่2 โครงการแนวทางการพัฒนาพื้นที่โบ๊ะเทียบเรือท่องเที่ยวขนาดเล็ก จุดที่3 โครงการแนวทางการพัฒนาพื้นที่สวนสาธารณะ และจุดที่4 โครงการแนวทางการพัฒนาพื้นที่ร้านค้าและบริการ ซึ่งผลการศึกษานี้สามารถใช้เป็นแนวทางสำหรับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการพัฒนาพื้นที่ริมฝั่งแม่น้ำกกให้เป็นแหล่งท่องเที่ยวที่มีศักยภาพและยั่งยืนในอนาคต
