บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์พัฒนาการความสัมพันธ์ทางการค้าระหว่างสหรัฐอเมริกาและสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน และ 2) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยและผลกระทบจากความขัดแย้งทางเศรษฐกิจต่อห่วงโซ่อุปทานทางเศรษฐกิจโลก เป็นการวิจัยเชิงเอกสาร (Documentary Research) ใช้กระบวนการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา (Content Analysis) จากงานวิจัย บทความวิชาการ รายงานจากรัฐบาล และเอกสารเชิงนโยบายของทั้งสองประเทศ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ด้านพัฒนาการความสัมพันธ์ เป็นการพัฒนาการความสัมพันธ์ทางการค้าแบ่งได้ 4 ยุค ได้แก่ 1.1) ยุคเริ่มต้นการค้า (ศตวรรษที่ 18-19) ผ่านสนธิสัญญาวังเฮีย , 1.2) ยุคสงครามเย็น (1949-1972) ที่ความสัมพันธ์ทางการค้าถูกจำกัดด้วยอุดมการณ์ , 1.3) ยุคฟื้นฟูและการเติบโต (1970s-2001) จากการปฏิรูปของจีนและการเข้าเป็นสมาชิก WTO และ 1.4) ยุคปัจจุบัน (2010s - ปัจจุบัน) ที่ความสัมพันธ์เปลี่ยนจากการพึ่งพาไปสู่การแข่งขันเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ 2) ด้านปัจจัยและผลกระทบต่อห่วงโซ่อุปทาน เป็นปัจจัยที่นำสู่ความขัดแย้งมี 4 มิติหลัก ได้แก่ 2.1) ด้านเศรษฐกิจ เช่น นโยบาย "America First" , 2.2) ด้านเทคโนโลยี เช่น การแข่งขันด้านเซมิคอนดักเตอร์และ 5G , 2.3) ด้านภูมิรัฐศาสตร์ เช่น การก่อตั้งกลุ่ม BRICS และ 2.4) ด้านอุดมการณ์ ความขัดแย้งนี้ส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อห่วงโซ่อุปทานโลก ทำให้เกิดการหยุดชะงัก (Disruption) การเปลี่ยนแปลงสมดุลทางเศรษฐกิจ และแนวโน้มการแบ่งขั้วทางเศรษฐกิจ (Decoupling) ซึ่งผลักดันให้เกิดการพัฒนานวัตกรรมและการปรับปรุงนโยบายเพื่อสร้างความยืดหยุ่น (Resilience) ในระดับนานาชาติต่อไป
