บทคัดย่อ
ที่มาและวัตถุประสงค์: การแสวงบุญฮัจญ์เป็นปรากฏการณ์ทางศาสนาระดับโลกที่ก่อให้เกิดความเสี่ยงด้านสุขภาพอย่างมากต่อผู้แสวงบุญชาวมุสลิม โดยเฉพาะผู้สูงอายุ รวมถึงโรคติดต่อและโรคไม่ติดต่อ ในประเทศไทย ยังไม่มีการศึกษาใดมาก่อน เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาโปรแกรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพแบบองค์รวมสำหรับผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่ภาคกลางที่เดินทางไปประกอบพิธีฮัจญ์ โดยการวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมและสภาพปัญหาในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพวิถีมุสลิมของผู้สูงอายุในพื้นที่ภาคกลางที่เดินทางไปประกอบพิธีฮัจญ์ และ 2) เพื่อหาแนวทางในการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพวิถีมุสลิมในกลุ่มดังกล่าว เพื่อใช้เป็นข้อมูลวางแผนสุขภาพเชิงรุกที่เหมาะสม
ระเบียบวิธีการศึกษา: การวิจัยนี้ใช้การวิจัยแบบเชิงคุณภาพ ใช้วิธีกรณีศึกษาเก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้นำกลุ่มผู้ประกอบกิจการฮัจญ์ (แซะห์) จำนวน 6 คน เลือกแบบสะดวก (Convenience Sampling วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงประเด็นและตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า)
ผลการศึกษา: ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุยังมีข้อจำกัดหลายประการ โดยเฉพาะปัญหาด้านการออกกำลังกายที่เหมาะสมและสม่ำเสมอ ผู้สูงอายุมักมีปัญหาสุขภาพเดิมอันเกิดจากโรคเรื้อรัง ตลอดจนมีความวิตกกังวลสูงต่อสภาพอากาศและสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ไม่คุ้นเคยในประเทศปลายทาง นอกจากนี้ ยังพบปัญหาความรู้และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ ที่ยังขาดความเพียงพอสำหรับการเตรียมความพร้อมทางร่างกายก่อนออกเดินทาง
การประยุกต์ใช้: ผลการศึกษาเสนอให้จัดอบรมและกิจกรรมสุขภาพในระดับชุมชน ร่วมกับผู้นำกลุ่มผู้ประกอบกิจการฮัจญ์ (แซะห์) และทีมศาสนา พร้อมส่งเสริมโภชนาการ การออกกำลังกาย และการจัดการสุขภาพจิตที่เหมาะสมตามบริบทมุสลิม
บทสรุป: ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงความจำเป็นเร่งด่วนของการพัฒนาแนวทางและนวัตกรรมการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพที่สอดคล้องกับวิถีชีวิตมุสลิมและบริบทของชุมชนสำหรับผู้สูงอายุที่เดินทางไปประกอบพิธีฮัจญ์ โดยต้องมุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมความร่วมมืออย่างแน่นแฟ้นระหว่างบุคลากรสาธารณสุข ผู้นำศาสนา และผู้นำกลุ่มผู้ประกอบกิจการฮัจญ์ (แซะห์) เพื่อร่วมกันเตรียมความพร้อมด้านสุขภาพทั้งทางร่างกายและจิตใจอย่างเป็นระบบตั้งแต่ระยะก่อนเดินทาง อันจะช่วยส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่ถูกต้อง เหมาะสม ลดความเสี่ยงต่อการเจ็บป่วย และเพิ่มความปลอดภัยสูงสุดในการประกอบพิธีฮัจญ์ของผู้สูงอายุได้อย่างยั่งยืน
