วิเคราะห์การใช้อำนาจหน้าที่ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานที่เป็นนิติบุคคลตามกฎหมายการศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ

           The research objective was to study the views of school administrators toward the enercise of the exercise of six educational laws; the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand B.E. 2840, the National Educarion Act B.E. zslz (Revision B.E.2b4b), the Compulsory Education Act B.E. 2545, the Act of Administrative Regulations of the Ministry of Education B.E. 2546, the Ministry Regulation foe Administrative Organization  in Basic Education Institutions B.E. 2b47, and the Act of Regulations for Goveming Teachers and Educational personnel B.E. 2547 . The research finding revealed that all acts and regulations could be exercised at the most.
