บทคัดย่อ

The purposes of thls study were to study 1) level of organjzational culture and knowledge management of private universitiesand 2) relationship between organizational culture and knowledge managementof private universities. The research instrument was a questionnaire (reliability =0.98). A sample of 398 was randomly drawn from instructors of private universities'Thedatawereanalyzedthroughdescriptivestatistics,correlationcoefficientanalysis, The research results indicated thal 1) organizational culture was at thehigh level, and 2) There was positive significant relationship at 0 01 level betweenorganizational culture; trust, collaboration, learning and knowledge management;socialization, externalization, combination' internalization of private universities.
